In partnership with the Miami Science Museum, the International Hurricane Research Center at FIU with the support of Florida's Dept. of Emergency Management has developed an exhibit about hurricanes. It is not a coincidence that 20 years after Hurricane Andrew made landfall in South Florida, IHRC has created this interactive display to teach the science, remember the past and create awareness to motivate preparedness towards hurricanes in our community.
